Koi ponds & Water Gardens
A Koi pond or water garden brings a natural touch to your outdoor space. Features are designed to blend seamlessly into the landscape, often incorporating flowing waterfalls, stunning rock work and a mix of aquatic plants to recreate a pond or stream right in your backyard. These ponds can be built to hold fish or not, the choice is yours! Koi Ponds that are made to hold fish are often deeper, and include specialty filters. Whereas water gardens typically focus on the water fall and aqua-scaping throughout the pond.

Pondless Water Features
Pond-less water features are just as the name implies. A feature dedicated to the sights and sounds of a waterfall. in this the water flows down stream and into an underground basin where it is stored and hidden from view. This gives the impression that the water “disappears” These are a great option for people who love waterfalls but don’t have the space needed for a large open water pond. Additionally these features are very low maintenance and are visually appealing year round.
When ponds are built correctly, maintenance is low, however, still necessary. Fortunately we are here to help! We offer Monthly & on call cleaning along with seasonal opening & closing services to ensure your pond looks great year round.
Pond Maintenance
What Does Each Cleaning Service Include?
-Cleaning and flush of any applicable filters ( this is done using pond water to protect beneficial bacteria)
-Removal of debris from waterfall & pond (Sticks, leaves, twigs etc)
-Pump & Spillway inspection + Cleaning
-25% Water change
Water test & Chemical correction (If applicable)
-Trimming of aquatic & terrestrial plants + weeding of surrounding garden beds.
What does our Opening and Closing service include?
-Partial drain/fill of pond (Below skimmer level)
-Removal/addition of pump & accessories susceptible to freezing
-Blow / Vacuum out all plumbing lines to prevent freezing (only applicable during closings)
-Addition/removal of Aeration and/or Deicer
